Ordering Procedure

Please indicate in details the items you wish to purchase and delivery methods.

2. We'll email you regarding expected delivery and payment information.

3. We'll process your order within the next working day after payment verification.

4. Full refunds will made if items are out-of-stock.

Postage:
Normal postage will be by weight of all items ordered. Standard Post office postage rates applicable.

ADD $2.24 registered mail, if you need.

As risk of loss/damage will be borne by buyer, we strongly recommend that you opt for registered mail at an additional $2.24 .

Return Policy

We are confident of the quality of what we sell. We make sure that ALL items are in good-condition without any damage before delivery.

However, if you suspect you receive a defect product, please email us immediately.

Here are some terms and conditions:

- Defective products returned within 14 days will be replaced with up to 80% of the paid value

This is to safeguard against abuse of the return policy.

- Email us within 14 days from date of postage.

No return or exchange after 14 days.

(IF you are buying to stock up, Sorry - no returns for these after 14 days)

- Describe the conditions of the bad product

(We will not do exchanges simply because you don't like the product)

- Return the product with packaging by registered mail at your cost.

This is to safeguard both parties.

- Products returned must be 90% full.

There are no exchanges for heavily used items.

- Exchange is done up to 80% of the paid value, hence a top-up of the remaining 20% and postage is required.

- If you wish to exchange for a different product, exchange value will be no more than 50% of the paid value.
